  1. It could be a little unhealthy to be a Trek female starship captain right now.

    Pocket Books has killed off the only televised Trek female captain (Kathryn Janeway) with no plans to bring her back.

    I think that a lot of us would love to be a starship captain, which is why we now look to you Linnea and to Susan Grant. Your books keep that dream alive.
